Upperroom Frisco Family,
What a joy it is to walk this journey of faith and growth with you. As we continue to see God move in our community, we believe in bringing you along every step of the way—not just in spirit, but in vision, leadership, and stewardship.
This season marks a significant milestone in our story. From deepening our leadership team, to expanding our facilities, to stepping into full autonomy as a local church—we’re watching the dreams we’ve prayed into for years begin to unfold.
We know not everyone could make it to the Town Hall, so we’ve created this space to catch you up. Whether you’re new or have been here since the early days, this is your family. We’re honored to build with you.
With love and vision,
Pastor Jeremy & Pastor Ashley Shuck

SERVE

IMG_0146.jpg
We currently have 1,006 active individuals on Church Center. Of those 1,006, 350 are in kids' church. At max capacity, we can accommodate 150 kids per weekend; but to do so, we need 26 volunteers each week.

We currently have 67 kids church volunteers that are serving 2-3 times per month! In order for everyone to only need to serve once a month, we would need 112 volunteers in our rotation. If every parent served just once a month, this would allow us to give some of our volunteers a break and everyone would only need to serve once every 7-8 weeks!

Please consider serving in kids' church and help us shepherd our kids to know the love of the Lord! If you are interested, sign up to serve here or talk to Pastor Nancy!

Leadership Update

Welcome Landon!

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Landon Lee as our new Worship & Prayer Room Director here at Upper Room Frisco! Landon carries a deep love for the presence of God and a heart for building worship culture that is both powerful and sustainable.

Landon, his wife, Hailey and their two sweet kiddos are planting roots and calling Frisco home! We can’t wait for you to experience the beauty they bring to this house. Be sure to give them a big welcome when you see them!

Thankful For Our Elders

We’re also incredibly grateful for our growing team of elders—men and women who carry the heart of this house and help shepherd our community with wisdom, prayer, and discernment. As our church continues to grow, so does the strength of this team, ensuring that decisions are made with both spiritual integrity and local insight. We’re thankful for their leadership, humility, and the way they faithfully walk alongside this family.

And Our Prophetic Leaders

We are deeply thankful for the prophetic voices who have faithfully prayed, listened, and spoken into the journey of our community. Their discernment, obedience, and encouragement have helped illuminate each step with clarity and courage. It’s a profound gift to walk this road alongside those who continue to seek the heart of God for our house—and we consider their partnership in this story a true blessing.

This timeline is provided by our remarkable Prophetic Ministry Leaders Ryan + Hannah Crowl!
God begins stirring the heart of Ryan Crowl with a vision for a worshipping community in Frisco, TX. Through prayer and a bold step of faith, a financial seed is sown to Jeremy and Ashley Shuck, whom he had never met. (2000 x 2000 px).png

Growing Together

Financial Snapshot

This chart shows the exciting possibilities in front of us—whether we meet our current need, accommodate growth, or go all-in to Expand the Table. Each step builds on what God’s already doing here, and thanks to a $300K matching program and our $70K fund balance, every gift takes us further, faster.
This isn’t just about buildings—it’s about creating space for more people to encounter Jesus and find family here. If anything here sparks a question or an idea, drop it in the feedback form—we’d love to hear from you.

Outreach + Support

We heard your feedback at the last Town Hall!
Alongside our regular benevolence and single parent support efforts, we’re growing relationships with the organizations below—partnering together to bring lasting impact and hope to our community.

Hope Is Alive

Hope Is Alive is a Christ-centered recovery ministry transforming lives impacted by addiction. Through structured mentoring homes, support groups, and discipleship, they help men and women find freedom, healing, and long-term hope in community. Click the image for more info.

Lovely Ministries

Each year we join Lovely Ministries to host a Christmas Toy Drive. Volunteers shop for items these kids want and need, helping create a joyful, dignifying holiday experience for families. Lovely is a non-profit that supports and helps restore women and children coming out of sex-trafficking, domestic abuse and homelessness. Click the image for more info.
